Boarding Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations will require a minimum of 7 day advanced notice of cancellation. We require a $100 deposit to hold the reservation, this amount will be applied to the cost of the stay. If the amount exceeds the cost of the stay, the remainder may be left on the account as a credit towards a future stay or refunded back to the client. This deposit is refundable up to 7 nights prior to the dogs check in date. No shows and/or lack of cancellation notice for the dates booked will result in a forfeit of the deposit placed for the stay.
Normal Reservations and Cancellations (non prime-time/holiday)
All normal reservations require a minimum of 7 days advance notice of cancellation.
Booking for future dates
Generally all boarding reservations can only be taken up to 2 calendar months in advance. Anyone wanting to make a reservation more than 2 calendar months in advance can do so by pre-paying for the dates of the reservation. This pre-payment is for regular boarding fees only. Any additional services and charges will be added at the time of check in. This prepayment is non-refundable.
There will be a $75 fee for pre-arranged early drop-offs and after hour pick-ups.
Regular boarding clients
Drop off dogs and cats from 9:00AM up until 1/2 hour before closing on our regular business days (Monday through Saturday) unless alternate hour are posted for that day.
New boarding clients
Drop off dogs and or cats from 9:00AM up until, but no later than, 1 hour before closing, unless alternate hours are posted for that day. Sorry, there are NO drop offs on Sundays.
All boarding clients are able to pick up their dogs and or cats from 9:00AM up until 1/2 hour before closing on regular business days unless alternate hours are posted for that day.
Our office is closed on Sundays for drop off and pick up.
