Dog & Cat Boarding Reservation Policy

Normal Reservations and Cancellations (non prime-time/holiday)

All normal reservations require a minimum of 72 hour (3 day) advance notice of cancellation.

Prime-time/Holiday Reservations and Cancellations

All prime-time (May 1st to October 1st) and holiday season reservations will require a minimum of 7 day advance notice of cancellation. We also require a $50 deposit to hold the reservation. No shows and/or lack of cancellation notice for the dates booked will result in that time period being billed to your account, and forfeit of the deposit. Holiday dates will be posted in the office (and here).

Booking for future dates

Generally all boarding reservations can only be taken up to 2 calendar months in advance. Anyone wanting to make a reservation more than 2 calendar months in advance can do so by pre-paying for the dates of the reservation. This pre-payment is for regular boarding fees only. Any additional services and charges will be added at the time of check in. This prepayment is non-refundable.
